Katrina Allen

Katrina is an Actress originally from Edinburgh and now based in London where she trained on the MA in Acting at East 15 Acting School from 2013 - 2014. Previous to this she studied Film & Media Studies and Journalism at Stirling University.

Immediately after graduating Katrina took on the role of Lady Macbeth at the Globe Theatre in the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse. Since then she has performed in a number of productions around London and co-created the all-female Spectra Theatre Company. Their first show ‘After Penelope’ was performed to sold out audiences in London and at the Rome International Fringe Festival. She is now developing the play further with a new company Plucky Theatre.

Last year Katrina completed One More Stone Productions’ summer of shorts and can be seen in their 48 Hour Film Project submissions, including the award-winning Miss Guided for which she won Best Actress alongside her co-star Heidi Goldsmith. When Katrina isn’t treading the boards, or in front of the camera, you can find her exploring forests or probably hiding up a tree somewhere.
